as the other reviewer wrote, the track i believe, was actually produced in 1992, which would explain why the Amen break is backing the hard hitting kicks (this production technique of layering drums was used frequently back then). This trick was also used on Baby D "Let Me Be Your Fantasy". I don't know if this was an accidental hit or not, it is essentially a club track (albeit very poppy) which leads me to believe it wasn't a planned hit record. These days this would be known as "handbag", which i think, although looking back, the tunes are pure cheddar, this along with the likes of Livin' Joy, Alex Party, Gina G et al, really help to make club culture the force it is today by thrusting it into the mainstream. Tracks like these did their rounds in the holiday resort nightclubs, and have probably got a few people further deeper into the house scene, which cant be a bad thing. For the record, i liked this when it was released and i still do, nice meldoy, nice rhythm...good track *embarrassed*

Having loved this song at the time it was released, I bought the single just recently and I was surprised to hear what a hard hitting bassdrum and break Larry Pignagnoli and Davide Riva used. Actually, without the vocals and the melody this would sound more like an early UK happy hardcore tune than like eurohouse.The Radio Mix and the Nite Mix (which is an extended version of the Radio Mix) will be the versions of choice for most people here. The other versions are also worth a listen though, as they explore the two sides of the song with the Beagle Mix going further into the direction of italo house and the Dida Mix going into a hardhouse / techno direction.
