Under Ulvtharm's leadership as Chairman and CEO, Nar Mattaru AB acquired Nordvargr Inc in 1999, and two years later merged with the venerable, but struggling, Meinertz Holdings to form econocon, the country's largest audio investment venture.
Ulvtharm led the firm from significant operating losses to five consecutive years of record profits with a return on equity among the highest in the noisemaking industry.
On January 17, 2006, the firm filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection following the massive exodus of most of its listeners and drastic losses in its stock.
This release is the only heritage from these great days of profit and oppression. Hail Mammon!
